This is Sue the social Media manager for K9 courtyards, Cornwall's only off leash dog run.
I am reaching out because I am trying to organise an amazing fun day to help raise funds for the OSPCA.
Here are the details:
Location: K9 Courtyard, 3045 Pitt Street in Cornwall Ontario
Date & Time: FREE day at the dog park on Sept 28 2024, from 10 am to 4 pm.
We are inviting vendors from Cornwall Ontario to participate in the fundraiser by donating a product or service that will be part of a raffle.
This is a FREE event and all attendees will receive 1 ballet ticket at the door at no cost, they will be able to purchase more ticket (more chances to win) for $1 per ballet. 100% of the profits will be donated to the OSPCA.
We are looking for vendors like you to help make this day more exciting.
Table Rental: $20 for a 4 foot table. ( tables are limited ) Rentals must be ordered no later than Sept 10th. 2024
Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own table (max. size 6 feet) and set up free of charge with the donation of a product or service with a value of $50 or more. Gates will be open for vendors starting at 9 am for set up.
Extra Publicity: If you are interested in having your business advertised in the flier that we will be distributing on Sept 7/8 as well as being listed as an event sponsor on the FB event there is an additional fee of $20. This is optional. If you are interested in participating in the advertising please let me know by Sept 4th so there is time to get you listed into the flier, and FB event.
All companies that donate as part of the raffle will receive a shout out on K9 Courtyards facebook page after the event for FREE.
